🐔 Ingredients:
500g boneless chicken breast or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Lemon wedges (optional)
Prep the chicken
Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Sear the chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t burn the garlic!).
Return the chicken to the pan. Toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and juicy.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies. Add a squeeze of lemon if desired!
